What we are looking for

We are looking for CeMAP qualified mortgage and protection advisers who are passionate about giving the best possible advice and customer service. Our advisers go ‘above and beyond’ for our clients, ensuring they explore every possible option to secure our clients the best mortgage for their situation.

We are looking for ambitious, hard working advisers who take personal responsibility for supporting their clients, from the first phone call to getting the keys to their new house.

You will be a self-starter, with strong commercial instincts who leverages their network for new business as well as lender relationships, to secure excellent customer outcomes.

You will be confident and outgoing, able to represent yourself and our brand in a professional manner at all times. You will have a positive and engaging approach to regulation and compliance, and a perfect record operating to the highest standards expected in an FCA regulated business.

Ideal Candidate Profiles

  • Experience working in a high street bank and CeMAP qualified.
  • A CeMAP qualified adviser who is seeking more flexibility to work from home and work hours, to suit your lifestyle/family.
  • A CeMAP qualified adviser who does not want the overhead of running a regulated business and just wants to focus on advising and delivering excellent service to clients.

If you have worked for a high street bank, but are now looking for a fresh start to work flexibly from home, and at times to suit your lifestyle and family commitments, but with full support, we could have the perfect role for you.

Required

  • CeMAP qualified.
  • CAS Status.
  • Passionate about delivering excellent customer service.
  • Desire to go ‘above and beyond’ for every client.

Desirable

  • Good Business Development instincts.
  • Comfortable in asking for recommendations and referrals from friends, family and customers.
  • Able to represent yourself and our brand in a confident and professional manner.
  • Excellent organisation skills

This pathway offers the chance to own a share in the business and share in its long term success. All advisers can progress to this Pathway based on performance.
